Policies
• Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am.
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
• Any guest under 21 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian for the entire length of the stay
• Please keep your site tidy. STACK & TIE garbage and place it at the curb by your site for courtesy pick-up at 10:30 am. For your convenience, we also have a dumpster located behind the office. If management must clean your site, there will be an extra charge.
• Parking of vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, & trailers available at rental unit/ sites. Overflow parking is available.
• Cancellations: If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, you will receive a refund of the money. Any reservation cancelled less than 30 days will not receive any type of refund
